STEEL + TECHNOLOGY is the English-language trade journal for steel production, processing, application technology, innovation and management. It is directed to international steel production companies, steel processing companies (from hot and cold rolling to surface finishing), further-processing companies (forming, joining, sheet metal processing), the supply industry, universities, technical colleges and associations. STEEL + TECHNOLOGY is published four times a year by DVS Media GmbH, a renowned trade publishing house based in Düsseldorf, Germany. In addition to STEEL + TECHNOLOGY, DVS Media publishes also the German-language counterpart STAHL + TECHNIK and is the operator of the web portal home-of-steel.de for the steel community and the organizer of HUTTENTAG - the annual professional conference and exhibition for the German steel industry.
